We connect you with licensed healthcare providers for online consultations, health assessments, and wellness guidance. We do not sell, dispense, or deliver medicines or pharmaceutical products. Your access to and use of our consultation and related services on the Website are governed by these Terms of Use, including all policies referenced herein. By accessing or using this Website, you signify your agreement to these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy.

MetabolixMD India is a consultation platform. Our services include:

• Diagnostic test bookings from accredited labs (where offered)
• Prescriptions and treatment plans from our consulting doctors (fulfilment of prescriptions is your responsibility through pharmacies of your choice)

We do not sell, dispense, or deliver medicines or pharmaceutical products.

• Provide accurate and current information for all account creation and transactions
• Maintain the security of your account and notify us of any breaches promptly
• Use the website only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms

MetabolixMD India provides a platform for telehealth consultations and related health services. Our platform connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers for advice, prescriptions, and treatment plans. We do not sell or deliver medicines; any purchase of medications is between you and a pharmacy or provider of your choice. Third-party content or services linked or referred from our platform are the sole responsibility of those parties. MetabolixMD India does not control or guarantee third-party content or services.

Our consulting doctors may issue prescriptions or treatment plans based on your telehealth consultation. MetabolixMD India does not dispense or sell medicines. You are responsible for obtaining any prescribed medications from a licensed pharmacy of your choice and using them only as directed by your doctor. Prescriptions issued through our platform are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and rules thereunder.

Medico-Legal Disclaimer: Prescriptions issued through our platform cannot be used for medico-legal purposes, including but not limited to insurance claims, disability certifications, legal proceedings, court admissibility, or any other formal legal or administrative purpose. For such purposes, you must obtain prescriptions or certifications through in-person consultations with a healthcare provider.

• Fees for consultations and other services offered on our platform may be paid to MetabolixMD India or the relevant healthcare provider as indicated at the time of booking.
• Payment methods may include UPI, wallets, debit/credit cards, and other options displayed on our website.
• Our Return & Refund Policy covers refunds for consultation fees and related services—please review it before availing any paid service.

• Do not use the website for illegal purposes or to solicit unlawful activity
• Do not infringe upon any person's intellectual property rights
• Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website or accounts
• Do not impersonate another individual or entity
