MetabolixMD India, operated by Sai IndiaDrugMart Private Limited, is a telehealth and medical consultation platform. We do not sell, dispense, or deliver medicines or pharmaceutical products. Our primary service is online consultations with licensed healthcare providers—no physical delivery of drugs is involved. This policy covers any limited circumstances in which we may arrange delivery of physical items (e.g. lab test kits or sample collection materials), and how we handle such deliveries.
MetabolixMD India does not ship or deliver any medicines, drugs, or pharmaceutical products. Prescriptions issued by our consulting doctors must be fulfilled by you at a licensed pharmacy of your choice.
If we offer physical items such as lab test kits or sample collection materials, processing and delivery terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Such items may be delivered through third-party partners; delivery timelines and coverage depend on the partner and your location.
Where we arrange delivery of non-medicine items (e.g. lab kits), typical timelines may vary by location (e.g. 2–7 business days for servicable areas). Exact timelines and tracking will be communicated when such delivery is applicable.
Where delivery of physical items (e.g. lab kits) is offered, any delivery charges will be shown at the time of booking or checkout.
Where we arrange delivery of physical items, tracking details (if available) will be shared via email or SMS.
If you have issues with delivery of any physical item we arranged (e.g. lab kit), contact our care team at support@metabolixmdindia.com for resolution.
If a physical item we arranged cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address, unavailability), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
