Return & Refund Policy

MetabolixMD India, operated by Sai IndiaDrugMart Private Limited, is a telehealth and medical consultation platform. We do not sell or deliver medicines or pharmaceutical products. This policy outlines refunds and cancellations for consultation fees and related services that you avail on our platform. If we ever offer physical products (e.g. lab kits) in the future, product-specific return terms will be stated at the time of offer.

Refunds for online consultation fees are available in the following cases:

• Your consultation query is not replied to within the specified timeline.
• Technical failure on our side prevents the consultation from being completed.
• Other circumstances we determine to warrant a refund, at our discretion.

Refund requests for consultations must be raised within 72 hours of submission or response. Valid refunds will be credited to the customer's account or original payment method within 30 days.

To request a refund for a consultation or service, contact our customer care at support@metabolixmdindia.com with your booking/reference details and reason. We will verify your claim and process eligible refunds within 30 days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as otherwise communicated.

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed (e.g. you have received a response or had a live session). We do not offer refunds solely because you disagree with the medical advice given; for clinical concerns, please use our Grievance Redressal Policy.

• Refunds for consultations and services paid online will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date we approve your request.

You may cancel a booked consultation before it is initiated, subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Refunds for cancelled consultations will be as per sections 1–4 above. MetabolixMD India may cancel or reschedule a consultation in case of technical issues, provider unavailability, or other operational reasons; in such cases we will offer a refund or reschedule as appropriate.
