Emergency Situations: Do not use our Services for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call 108 (Emergency Services), 102 (Ambulance), or contact your local emergency services immediately.

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee any specific medical outcomes, results, or benefits from using our Services. Individual results may vary.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Consultation-Based Prescriptions: MetabolixMD India is a telehealth consultation platform. Our doctors may issue prescriptions or treatment plans based on your consultation. We do not sell, dispense, or deliver medicines. You are responsible for obtaining any prescribed medications from a licensed pharmacy of your choice.

Compliance with Laws: Prescriptions issued through our Services are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and rules thereunder.

Use as Directed: You agree to use any medications only as prescribed by your healthcare provider and in accordance with their instructions. Do not share medications with others.

Medico-Legal Disclaimer: Prescriptions issued through our Services cannot be used for medico-legal purposes, including but not limited to insurance claims, disability certifications, legal proceedings, court admissibility, or any other formal legal or administrative purpose. For such purposes, you must obtain prescriptions or certifications through in-person consultations with a healthcare provider.

Our Services may include telehealth consultations with licensed healthcare providers. By using telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

• Telehealth consultations may have limitations compared to in-person visits
• Technology failures or connectivity issues may affect the quality of care
• Not all conditions are suitable for telehealth consultations
• You may be referred to in-person care when necessary

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website for consultation fees and other services. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Pricing: Consultation and service fees are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect fees for consultations or services already booked or paid for.

Refunds: Refunds for consultation fees and related services are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility and process.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the services you avail.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by MetabolixMD India or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

AS IS: Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Warranties: We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in any third-party materials or websites linked to or from our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
